High School Sports Registration

Prior to participating in tryouts, the following requirements must be met:
Registration
Parents/guardians are responsible for completing a Registration for each athlete on FamilyID (see link above) and ensuring that any medical information concerning your child's health, medical concerns, injuries, medications and allergies are reported to the Athletic Department & coaches.
Athletic Handbook
Students and parents must read the Duxbury High School Student-Athlete Handbook.
Athletic User Fee Payment
The Athletic User fee of $250 must be paid before tryouts.
Checks can be made payable to the Duxbury High School Athletic Department and delivered to the High School Main Office, or payment can be made online through Unipay (see link during the registration process)—reminder: Family cap is 5 fees per family, $1,250 for the year.
A student who qualifies for free or reduced lunch pays an athletic user fee of $25 per sport.
*Crew Team - Payments are made directly to DBMS. Please do not pay the school.
Valid Physical
All students MUST have their most recent physical on file before tryouts. Physicals are valid for 13 months from the date of the last exam. Students with expired physicals will not be permitted to participate until a new physical is turned in.
Concussion Course
Student athletes must have completed an online concussion course in the past 12 months.
