DESE named 66 schools in the entire Commonwealth for exceptionally strong achievement, growth and meeting targets. Duxbury High School is one of those 66 to be named a School of Recognition. School of Recognition is a subset of schools classified as not requiring assistance or intervention which are recognized for their academic accomplishments. Schools of recognition demonstrate high achievement and high growth and meet or exceed targets.

Massachusetts: Of 390 eligible schools, 47% earned a place on the 2023 AP School Honor Roll. 35 Schools (9% of eligible schools) received Gold level AP School Honor Roll recognition.
